Any safaris you have selected in our Company, we will need from you your exact flight details, traveling dates and full names of all the persons in your group as appearing in their traveling passports. Also will need to know the exact ages of children if you have any who will be traveling along with you. It's better for the early booking of your safari (six months before) your safari so as to ensure the quality services, i.e. availability of room's, special and public campsites etc. lodge or hotel in a specific location around Tanzania either in National Parks or in one of its game reserves.

Additional costs:
Our safari packages includes all park entrance fees, Accomodation based on three meals a day, camping fees (if camping), transport in a 4WD, vehicle with a lift up roof for easy viewing of animals. It's usual to tip your Driver Guide, Cook and Camp staff if camping during your safari.

Price range:
Our Price quotations are inclusive of: all Parks entrance fees; accommodation based on 3 meals a day; camping fees (if camping); transport in a 4WD vehicle with a lift up roof for easy viewing of animals. Quotations do not include - International flights, Accommodation on the first night before safari upon your arrival and on the last night after safari – book with us, Extras at the lodges, Fees paid at Maasai boma, Items of personal nature/use, Airport transfers – book with us, Drinks and Tips to the driver guide and cook (if camping).

Prices fluctuation is beyond our control as most of the time it depends with the season of the year and quality of services, i.e. park fees or accommodation rates etc

How to get there
Guests who will arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport we will meet them at the Airport, and arrange a private transfer to the Hotel in Arusha town for dinner and overnight, we can also connect flight from Nairobi to Kilimanjaro Airport or from Dar es Salaam to KIA and arrange flights between Zanzibar, Nairobi or Mombasa etc.You can email us for the flight connection.
